Delivery

Free delivery for orders over 90€ from any EEC country (excluding Switzerland).

For international delivery to non EEC countries delivery costs will vary according to the weight of the parcel and it’s destination.

Items will be sent within 2 days from receipt of payment and will be sent using UPS Courier services and the Italian Post Office with tracking services and delivery without signature for receipt. If you would prefer signature for receipt please contact us. Whichever method of delivery is chosen, we will provide a link to track the parcel’s progress. Parcels will be well wrapped and articles will be well protected.


Returns

If items are received, which are then not wanted, they may be returned.

After we send the email to confirm that the order has left our warehouse, the client may exercise his right to recede without penalities and without indicating any explanation for the return, as long as it is within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

While the items are in the clients possession, the client is obliged to conserve the items with care and not wear them.

All returns are free of additional charges but must be sent back within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the parcel.


To return items:

1 - Send an email to the address customer@ventinove.shop clearly stating the order number and the items which are to be returned. Once the return request is received, we will provide a label to print and attach to the package. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer; therefore, the shipping cost will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. The customer will not be able to choose the carrier, as the return will be managed exclusively through our logistics partner.

2 - Place the item(s) to be returned in the original box and package everything carefully. The return shipment must be made within 14 days from the date the item was received.

3- Carefully seal the package (attaching the provided label) and drop it off at the return point indicated via email.


Acceptance of returned items

Returned items must not have been worn and must be in the same conditions in which they were received.
Once we have verified the conditions of the returned articles your payment method will be credited as soon as possible for the refund.
Clients must return goods to Ventinove without delay and always within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.
Once the Client has informed us of his decision to recede the Contract, we will return the money as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date in which the Client receded the Contract, whatever amount was paid or was taken from a credit card for the items ordered.
Ventinove reserves the right to refuse refunds on items in any case where the return procedures are not adhered to.
