Italian cuisine is appreciated and recognized all over the world. Each Italian region has its own specialities and it is preparing food as a family with unique local products that remains an unchanging tradition and reminds us that Italian cuisine is also the art of knowing how to take time: time to share, time to communicate, and time to gather together in the kitchen as well as at the table. It was in Italy, in 1986,that the “Slow Food” association was born, and has since become the international movement that we now know.
